Job Overview

We are a lifestyle brand with several interesting and exciting e-commerce businesses under our umbrella, and we are looking for someone to join the team. Our brands include self care and wellness products like tea, candles, notebooks, and self-help apps and all of our products have a self-care, positivity, and affirmation angle to them. We are looking for someone to to fulfill the following role in the long term: 

- Bookkeeping and synchronising Xero with our various e-commerce websites. Preparing the monthly spreadsheet, P&L, as well as all cashflow reports.

- Book parcel collections and doing fulfillment of orders that we get online

- Handle all incoming email and social media enquiries from our customers

- Research for supplier quotations, shipping pricing, as well as other basic research and procurement tasks

- High level administrative tasks, including filling up of forms, enquiring about government grants in Singapore, and sending emails to the relevant departments regarding our application. 

- Managing our social media accounts

These are our requirements:

- Must have a Degree (a degree in Finance, Marketing, or Psychology would be ideal)

- Due to the fast pace of the job, you will need to be a strong project manager with the ability to multitask, monitor and keep a strict timeline on your tasks, as well as help to manage the tasks of the rest of the team.

- Attention to detail is absolutely essential. If you think you are detail-oriented, that's not going to be enough. We need someone who lives and breathes on paying attention to the smallest of details and who plans their weekly schedule ahead and whose greatest joy is to keep their lives (and tasks) super organised.

- Must be resourceful, self-reliant, and able to work independently. Most of the time you might be assigned a general task to work on, and while we will be able to provide you some guidance and information, we would largely require you to gather the information required yourself. 

- Needs to have experience in bookkeeping (ideally) 

- A strong command of English, as you will be doing quite abit of writing to our customers, suppliers, retailers etc as well as helping to write pitch proposals to stores that we wish to work with. If you are able to do social media content writing that's an added bonus.
