Job Overview

The business owner of 2 small companies is looking for a new part-time virtual administrative assistant. Our specialization is the resale of ductless equipment and construction solutions. We need help with time-consuming administrative tasks. We are looking for team members that genuinely LOVE helping people, are detail oriented and customer service focused.

General responsibilities as a Virtual Administrative Assistant include:

Online Data Entry

Calendar Management / Scheduling

Email Organization / Management

Online ResearchTravel Planning and Coordination

Customer Communication  (includes phone and email)

Virtual Receptionist Duties

Event planning

Search industry social media post options

Compile and clean up contact lists

Set up the layout of Newsletter

Create, Edit, and Publish Newsletter

Maintain the backend of the website

Publish and edit posts for the website

Design images for website posts

Create images for publications

Design information packets

Set up content for an e-book

Proofread / edit other material

Design forms for clients and employees

Create checklists for employee use

Write up policy information for employees

Help with online webinars

Transcribe notes from recording or dictation

Manage incoming general emails

Write or edit promotional copies for printing or the web

Add SEO optimization to existing blog posts

Updated and review banking transactions

Work with Quickbooks

Reconcile bank accounts

Go through A/R receipts

Invoice clients and schedule bills for a company

Help manage a calendar or appointment

Freeing up time for other tasks.

Freeing up your mind so you can focus on other more pressing tasks.
