We re looking for an innovative, and experienced Automation Executive to develop, support, plan, design and execute Sales, Marketing, Knowledge Management, Customer Support and Operations process and plans for various B2B projects across different industries.
Are you a CRM and marketing automation geek? Or maybe You love project management software for operations and are super skilled at creating processes?
We are searching for someone for a long-term as a business partner and will see Process Natives grow. Note: We are looking for several people with this form so please just list software that You are most comfortable with.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE EXPERT ACROSS ALL CATEGORIES. There will also be very extensive training and tests so we just search for anyone who is at least good in one category. Transparency will save time for both of us:)
What you'll do
Research low code platforms and Identify strategic opportunities, develops methodologies for automation, and manages automation projects.
Design and set standards for our efforts.
Collaborate with the team to drive several projects per month to completion including: CRMs setup, marketing automation platforms setup, project management software setup.
Bring a point-of-view with fresh perspectives as well as an open and curious mind in everything you do.
Work with little process in place, solving problems by being optimistic and proactive.
For meetings You will be required only between 17-20 (PST time zone) but 1-2 days per week only, so You can work in Your time zone day hours comfortably.
What you'll bringing
At least 3 years of experience with business automation tools (CRM, marketing automation or project management software) across different business models.
Knowledge of systems utilities, features, installation, and maintenance
Ability to integrate multiple applications and/or systems. For example, CRM and email marketing software with project management software.
A love for business processes, software and optimization.
Empathy for client as a new user of software that You implement.
A solid point-of-view and a collaborative nature. Contribution is very important to keep providing value for our customers.
