What we'll expect from you and what you'll be doing:


  • Maintain precise and reliable invoicing information



  • Process invoicing



  • Creating Charter reports



  • Oversee vendor file maintenance



  • Prepare and post daily, weekly, and monthly entries



  • Fulfill requests with a flexible and resourceful mindset, self-motivation, and manage multiple competing priorities at one time in a fast-paced environment



  • Handle a wide variety of tasks with excellent organization, planning, and follow-up skills, with extreme attention to detail and a strength in managing expectations and risks.



  • Develop and maintain a filing system for financial information, records and documents to ensure readily available information



  • Research details and discrepancies in the system



  • Backing up sales, accounting, and the receptionist on an as-needed basis

Hours:


  • We operate 7:00 am - 6:00 pm MST. All quotes and invoicing can be completed after business hours and ready for us the next day!
