Job Overview

Hours: Agent will work from 8:30AM-5:30PM Pacific Time with one hour break.



Personal Characteristics: Great written and verbal communications in English, detail oriented, great work ethic, reliable, problem solver, self-motivated, ability to work in fast paced environment, and have exceptional customer service skill.





Tasks/Requirements:



Leasing and scheduling appointments



Administrative tasks such as enter invoices to software, data entering, listing, lease creation, lease renewals, and etc



Response to office emails and telephone calls



On-boarding owners and tenants



Owners and Tenants Relationships



MUST have a quiet home office set up with reliable internet and NO ROOSTERS!



Minimum 1 year experience in managing people or Real Estate



Minimum 1 year experience working in graveyard shift
