We are looking for a multifaceted remote employee to assist with Appointment Setting, Social Media management, and various administrative duties. Our ideal candidate must be reliable, self-sufficient, and a go-getter. Experience with Real Estate is preferred but not required.
Managing the Executive’s calendar: appointments, reminders, and prioritization
Social media management and content creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Preparing marketing collaterals through the use of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
Responsible for cold calling existing and new leads via CRM.
Monitoring sales pipeline, labeling, organizing call-back dates, and overseeing lead conversion.
CRM Management: coordinating all communications (email, phone, text) and redirecting campaigns to optimize interaction. Also includes setting up smart campaigns & home alerts to nurture/follow up leads
Other administrative/back-end duties
At least one year of experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Video and Photo editing skills
Able to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a
high level of professionalism
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details
With backup ISP and Power in case of outage/internet issues is a MUST!
