Job Overview

We are looking for a multifaceted remote employee to assist with Appointment Setting, Social Media management, and various administrative duties. Our ideal candidate must be reliable, self-sufficient, and a go-getter. Experience with Real Estate is preferred but not required.



  • Managing the Executive’s calendar: appointments, reminders, and prioritization

  • Social media management and content creation  (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)

  • Preparing marketing collaterals through the use of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop

  • Responsible for cold calling existing and new leads via CRM. 

  • Monitoring sales pipeline, labeling, organizing call-back dates, and overseeing lead conversion.

  • CRM Management: coordinating all communications (email, phone, text) and redirecting campaigns to optimize interaction. Also includes setting up smart campaigns & home alerts to nurture/follow up leads

  • Other administrative/back-end duties



  • At least one year of experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Video and Photo editing skills

  • Able to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a 

  • high level of professionalism

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details

  • With backup ISP and Power in case of outage/internet issues is a MUST!
