Job Overview

Looking for an adminstrative/personal assistant to help with managing my villa. Tasks include:

1- Correspond with Airbnb Guests, answer questions that they may have in a timely fashion.

2- Send out text message instructions for check/in and check/out

3- Field all customer phone calls, must have a virtual phone number guests can call

4- Coordinate cleaning calendars with cleaners. Send out calendars once a new booking has taken place. 

5- Send out a daily reminder to owner with regard to checkin/outs for the day. 

6- Complete a montly reconciliation of expenses and provide a report to owner. 

7- Field and cooridante repair phone calls with maintenance person. 

8- Provide a weekly update to owner on occupancy%, key issues, key events for the following week. 

9- Loginto Airbnb and VRBO an answer customer inquires within 4 hours. 

10- Conduct market research with regard to pricing and demand for other properties in the area. 

This is a part-time job.
