1) a strong internet connetcion
2) experience working remotely or relavant role
3) proficiency with current tecnologies, like desktop sharing, cloud, zoom, exoerience with word processing software, spreadsheets, ms office, canva, social media posting.
4) responsibilities included but not limited to communication via email, text, phone, calender managements, email management, managin CRM and calling people from current CRM and talking over the phone and discussing details about the property. Addional task could be added as necessery.
5) excellent phone, email, text communication skills (english)
6) excellent time management skills, attention to details, the abilibity to priortitze work, and teh ability multi-task.
7) duties will aslo includes schedulign appointments, handling all real estate transaction paperwork, orginizing documents, fillings, coordinating communication amoun the firms team and third parties.
