Virtual Assistant to help spell check and confirm out word documents

Job Overview

We run a marketing business and receive dozens of content submitted by our freelance writers each day.

We require someone with great administrative skills to experience to help quality check these submissions quickly using an automated tool, and approving them for send-out to our clients.

The candidate will be required to log into our web application, download pending review documents, check them for grammar/spelling using Grammarly, check against the original client brief provided, either approve the document for send-out or flag the document for our team to send back for revisions.

Ideally, this candidate has experience with an online business or marketing agency. Experience with MS Word required, Grammarly would be nice.

Duties include:

- Accessing our web application to download documents uploaded by our writers that are in pending review status

- Review original brief writer used to author the document and check it was met

- Use Grammarly to perform a spelling/grammar check

- Upload the revised document to the o web app and approve for send out.

Qualities needed to be successful:

Excellent English comprehension and writing ability

Problem-solving ability
