We are looking for Virtual Assistants [Data Entry Assistants] that can help with several administrative tasks. 

You could be a great fit for this job if:

- You are reliable, committed, mature and possess a desire to be a team player


- This is not an entry-level position. You MUST have at least 1 year experience working in similar roles.

- This is a remote position, so you can work anywhere during EST business hours. We communicate via Basecamp, Zoom and email.

- Expect to get several tasks on a daily basis, many of which must be done that day.

- You will work a lot with spreadsheets, so you NEED to know your way around using Google Docs.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Search the web and build lists of different categories

- Scrape data from websites

- Enter data into a spreadsheet or database

- Create reports from data sets

- Plus many other administrative and data entry tasks.

- Ability to quickly learn new software applications

- Google Docs (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

- Google Calendar

- Google Chrome

- Notion

- Slack

- Paperspace

- 1Password

- Zoom

- Trello

- Basecamp

- Loom

- Data miner

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks

- Fluent in English with great grammar and comprehension skills

- Have a good internet connection

- Webcam

- Ideally two monitors for efficiency, there's a lot of data entry tasks

- Some HTML language knowledge desirable

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to our work

- Customer service experience

Compensation and Schedule

- Be available at least 40 hours per week

- Work Monday through Friday

- Work 8 hours a day between 8am-8pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)
