Position Description: Experienced in Real Estate Accounting and Bookkeeping
FullTime Position: 40 hours weekly (9am - 6pm EST New York)
Mission: We are a Real Estate Investment Company. We specialize in the research, acquisition, remodeling of wholesale properties which we offer for resale of some and others tenancy/rentals.
We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistance (VA) organization with employees to match or self motivated individual(s) that could work independently and efficiently. Important that we have a loyal and trustworthy organization or individual(s). A knowledgeable and competent organization or individual(s). Also a reasonable price and fair organization or individual(s). Individual(s) or Organization that has been around and expected to be around for a long duration. Organization that has committed and happy employee(s) and not a high employment turnover rate. Organization or individual(s)that is responsive to all request and uses professionalism and courtesy. I have listed some additional service needed and the scope or work involved for your review and action. It will also focus the discussion and save time.
We have three (3) key focus areas that can be source with one (1) that is skilled to do all three (3) or multiple to achieve each of the tasks, preferably one dedicated candidate that can do all three (3). We require a candidate or candidate that already possession Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience. We need to know if and how you would address each tasks and duties - with our help and training of course.
Accounting/Bookkeeping - Deposits & Record Keeping: Remote accounting with granted access. Must be able to manage expense reports, orders, and confidential financial information. Providing monthly profit and loss report and once annual or as requested. Ability to track and account for company credit card spending and over the counter (OTC) cost. This will include direct payments to contractors via (PayPal/Cash App/Western Union/MoneyGram/others).
Continual Training on companies process and procedures relating to the interacting with customer(s)/tenant(s); internal progams and systems, and the intergration of other system and database adopted.
Approximately 80% of time working independently and 20% time spent coordinating and tasking via cyber media & phone
Qualifications required to be successful:
English writing and communication proficiency is mandatory
Project Management experience is mandatory
Real Estate Accounting/Bookkeeping experience is mandatory
Customer Service skills are required
Organizational Skills is required
Computer Skills and Data base knowledge is required
Microsoft (Word Doc & Excel Spreadsheet) proficiency is required
Intuit Quickbooks expense integration knowledgeable and experienced required.
Appfolio Sunject Matter Expertise (SME) required
Knowledge Skillset and Ability to build and post all products in Skype 365 Business Suite iCloud/Onedrive shared folders daily
Ability to make difficult yet appropriate decision is a plus
Problem solving ability is a plus
Excellent communication skills is required
Phone etiquette and netiquette required
Internet and software-savvy is required
Intrapersonal Skills is required
