Personal Assistant / All rounder needed for new start up Part Time - Upgraded to Full Time

Job Overview

I have recently launched a UK hair based company, which focusses in United Kingdom to sell affordable clip in hair extensions who are looking for a new look. 

I am open to experienced or non experienced candidates.

Initally the work will be less frequent / part time basis but as the company grows I would like to find someone who would also like to grow with the company and take on full time hours and manage other freelancers who I would like to bring on who are more specialised. 


Responsibilities include: 

  • Sourcing and contacting new Instagram Influencers for business partnerships. 

  • Liasing and chasing up orders for customers who have issues. 

  • Creating new Instagram content (graphic design qualifications are not needed, will use the app Canva)  and posting content at set times during the week

  • Responding to any customer queries via email or Instagram.

  • Organising customer details to be printed for shipping. 

  • Miscellaneous activities such as researching, organising data and other adhoc duties.

  • Organising financial statements and data.


  • Must speak English to a good degree

  • Must be friendly and customer focussed

  • Organised 


Payment will be on a weekly basis paid every Monday via Paypal
