Must have 2+ years of Real Estate Experience and Great Sales & Marketing Skills in social media. This will be a fun job for the right candidate! You don't have to possess all the skills but being organized and a willingness to learn is most important

Phone calls and telemarketing: Prospective and follow up calls to past, present , and potential clients
Email management and marketing: maintain a consistent email follow up to client, vendor, and business partner contacts. Be able to learn CRM systems.
Social Media Marketing: Facebook ads set up and targeting methods, basic graphic design(Canva), maintaining and providing relevant contact, expanding social media contacts and connections.
Hours: prefer 9am-5pm central time in Houston, Texas but flexible for right candidate. Vacation and bonuses included. Get paid every two weeks.
