Job Overview


We are a branding and marketing company where we are growing and looking to hire someone who will help with various efforts that are going on. We have two businesses where one is focused on branding and the sister company specializes in marketing and automation. So, we have created a mastermind now where we are serving a small group of women to build their brand, serving as a community and help them grow their business. 

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST and works hard. I am looking to add someone HARD WORKING , HONEST and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible! Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines for everything. So this is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%! The responsibilities for this position will have endless opportunity to grow their skills and will allow them to become the #1 VA in their field. We understand that it is virtually impossible to have every skill set but what we are looking for is someone who has a strong desire to learn, implement, and have a work ethic. We want you to be a part of a team who appreciates a good sense of humor, open lines of communication, and most of all be honest. We will give you the tools and resources to succeed but it will be up to you to implement and making sure we meet our goals. 

Here is what we need:

  • Schedule posts with content already curated and be modertors for social media groups and pages

  • Assist with making fillable PDFs and graphics editing to create worksheets, workbooks and opt-ins for our programs and services

  • Assist with video editing for starting a youtube channel and other medium to grow our organic reach

  • Help with content writing, research and blog posts to promote our offers and programs

  • Help with email responses and maintaining campaigns

  • Organize files, projects , and set up for course launches

  • Have a strong communication skills and good english

  • Be confident of taking difficult tasks and willing to be a self-starter

  • We need maximum 20 hours per week. Typical hours will be through M-F between (9 am to 5pm) EST.

  • Graphic design, video editing, blog formatting, PDF design, SEO, data entry, manual tasks, recurring tasks, Wordpress/website editing, and much more!

SOFTWARE SKILLS PREFERRED: Canva, Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Slack, Social media Manager buffer, Tailwind, etc), Trello, Airtable, and we use Voxer for our daily communication.
