Job Overview

You MUST Speak Fluent Spanish and English

We are an American company looking to hire a full-time Spanish speaking customer service agent to work from home.

You will be speaking and communicating with our clients, talking about insurance, real estate, and tax.


  • Full-Time position

  • 10am-6pm (EST timezone) 

  • $3-$4hour ($480-$640month)

  • Immediate start

  • You will work from home (Must have a fast internet connection)


What tasks does the role involve? 

  • Speaking to customers in Spanish

  • Basic technology skills (Microsoft products etc)

  • Being friendly and polite to our customers.



Training will be available - However, you MUST have experience in a similar role to be considered for this job.


What is the key characteristics that you're looking for in the candidates? 

  1. Know how to use a VPN

  3. Know how to use Microsoft products

  5. Speaks fluent Spanish

  7. Willing to learn new skills
