We’re looking for an amazing all-round, hardworking and enthusiastic assistant with EXCELLENT English. Your job will involve helping us run our business. You’ll be an assistant to the CEO of the company, helping us prospect and find more clients 

We are a digital marketing company that specialises in social media marketing (Facebook ads as well as content) for local clients. We are in the early stages of becoming something huge, and this is your opportunity to be a part of it.

Enough about us, let’s talk about what we need from you:

You’re a great communicator. All of our support is mainly written based. We use a variety of online tools to keep in touch and track projects, so that means lots of reading and writing.

You’re fluent in English and have strong writing skills. This position involves writing emails and contacting people on our behalf. When you put content out in the world, you represent our company, so your English and writing skills are incredibly important to us.  

You’re reliable. When you have a sick day or a vacation, you let us know in advance that you won’t be around. What you’re not going to do is vanish for two weeks without telling me and then expect everything to be fine. You’re smart enough to know we’re not going to appreciate that.

You are looking for a full-time position. This post requires 160 hours of work every single month, this is great for freelancers as you don’t have to bid on new projects day after day, payment is guaranteed and get to you on time no matter what.

You are able to follow instructions. We don’t micromanage the members of our team, we give clear, simple instructions and let you get on with it. You must be able to work on projects without much interference from us and really pay attention to detail. To prove you’re capable of this, please start every paragraph of your application with the word parrot. 

You have strong research skills. We are a rapidly growing company with an expanding product line. You must have the ability to pay attention to detail as you’ll be set tasks to find out information about the competition. To prove you can do this, in your response, please mention who the founder of the company that OWNS Bluehost is

You have great organizational skills. As a fast-paced business, we’re not always the most organized people, so we need to have strong skills in this department to help keep us running smoothly :)

You truly believe you’re the best person for this job. We’re looking for the best of the best, and if that’s you, we’d love to hear from you. We’d also love to hear what makes you feel like you’re the best fit for this job. Please attach a document covering why you believe you fit our criteria over anyone else. You have great past work experiences. Everyone needs to start somewhere, but we’re looking for someone who has been around for a while and can include references for people we can contact that you have worked for in the past. Note: We 100% intend on contacting them, so please give mention of your 2 most recent work-related references that we can contact

The salary for this position will be around 16000PHP ($300USD) - Assuming 160hours/month Please mention this in your application so we know we're on the same page. Also, we work 9-5pm UK time, although this isn't a 100% requirement, we do like there to be at least some overlap, please let me know what timezone works for you)
