I am looking for a Virtual Assistant on a part-time basis (starting with 20 hours a week) to help me with the following:
- Email and calendar management
- Following up with members of community groups
- Doing research for blogposts and newsletters
- Being the liaison between me and team members
- Managing and updating social media accounts
- Managing my blog (WordPress)
- Publishing prepared posts on Facebook
- Filtering and replying to comments on blog and Facebook
- Commenting on blogs to increase links to my site
- Participating in discussion forums or message boards to promote my book
Working hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday – this includes 0.5 hour of communication with me.
Time Zone: I live in Ottawa; you can work then it is convenient for you.
Salary Payment Date: Every other Wednesday
