Job Overview

I'm based in NZ and run a well-regarded online shop for Filipinos. 

I'm looking for a home-based customer service professional to help customers through voice calls, WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook. You would need to be available to receive calls/texts and answer Facebook messages within standard business hours in the Philippines. You can expect around 90 inquiries per month across those platforms - it is not a high volume so will suit someone who is looking for an additional, stable income stream. You will need your own cell phone.

We sell barcodes to customers exclusively in the Philippines. Customers need these barcodes to sell their products at retail. Most customers are entrepreneurs or small/medium-sized companies who have no prior knowledge of barcodes, so need our help guiding them to the correct solution.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • able to work from home without any supervision

  • deliver the exceptional pre-sales service our company is known for

  • provide customer support during PH business hours

  • experienced at customer support/sales

  • a confident English and Filipino speaker and writer

  • well organised 

  • able to keep a sales and enquiry log up to date

  • willing to learn about the business.

I will pay every two weeks via PayPal into your nominated account.

Payment is negotiable but an indication is 100 PHP per customer enquiry, and 10% commission for each sale you were involved with.
