Job Overview

Hi there, we need staff, who will take care of projects, maintain master project listings (investment related), organise/store all files, contact clients in follow up to meetings, and ask for further files if any missing, update CRM software to track clients contacts and progress, AND update the web/online portal with this documentation received for all online customers to see, all available projects (investment related).

We expect 20-30hrs per week. Remote work, to follow up with owner of business, based in Hong Kong, on a daily basis, via phone/whatsapp/emails for progress updates.
