Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time internal Digital Projects Manager to join our fast-growing team in the personal development and self improvement space. This is not an external client-facing role and you will be overseeing and managing internal projects only. You will be responsible for managing all internal digital projects such as overseeing the development of product launches (mostly digital), content development, social media efforts, search engine optimization and digital marketing efforts.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

 

This is a home-based position that requires full-time commitment.

Must Have Requirements:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing and/or direct response marketing

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing people

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

  • Ability to work within a team and independently with minimal supervision

  • Familiar with web technologies (CMS, HTML/CSS, email marketing platforms, website analytics dashboards), and digital marketing technologies (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, VWO, etc) 

  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

 

Responsibilities:


  • Creating, communicating, and overseeing project plans, schedules, and budgets

  • Delegating and assigning tasks to meet deadlines

  • Scheduling frequent check-ins to ensure timely production

  • Simplify complex workflows to improve the efficiency of project development

  • Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of digital communications projects within multiple accounts (website development, Facebook advertising, email marketing campaigns, social media, search engine optimisation, etc ) to agreed scope, timings, budget, and results.

  • Work with internal teams to define project scope, resource requirements, and desires results.

  • Work with external vendors, partners, and/or agencies to deliver revenue-generating results.

  • Understand the key technical aspects of the development process for website development, email marketing, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Be plugged in to new trends and developments across the industry

  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
