- Excellent Customer Service Skills

- High level of speaking and written communication skills and instruction delivery

- Has attention to details

- Ability to problem solve and identify issues

- Positive, flexible, trustworthy and friendly attitude with willingness and ability to learn

- Ability to work independently in a fun dynamic environment while effectively handling multiple tasks

- Willing to work in a graveyard shift and during weekends

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
