As long as we can meet for 30 minutes per day our flexible work practice enables our Recruitment Consultants to work remotely and set their own working hours to suit their personal circumstances.
You must have at least 2+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience or have 2 years working in digital performance marketing
You have a strong business sense and understanding of digital and online marketing
You have recruited for Marketing positions
You must have experience using LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter or other methods to find, identify top candidates. Experience sourcing or recruiting digital marketing or product management roles is a big plus
You are very familiar with boolean search techniques and consider yourself a pro with X-Ray Search
You are eager to learn but also a go getter. You are ready to take ownership of this role
You are a Fast Learner and great at using computers, technology, with new software tools. NOTE: You must have a high speed internet and a computer that is fast.
You have experience doing research on companies using various methods (LinkedIn, Online, Crunchbase)
You are great at using google to find information on people
You have Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
You have Adept attention to detail and accuracy.
You have a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize various responsibilities and deadlines.
You are flexible and can effectively take care of unexpected assignments and changes to workload based on management priorities.
You have the ability to collaborate and work well with others, but also self-motivating and autonomous.
