Hello! some of my friends just call me Rose for short. I am currently working in a BPO Company as a customer service agent. Some of my tasks are doing inbound mostly outbound calls to our customers, we're also sending and receiving emails from them. As i am a level 3 agent, we used to deal with customer's complaint, doing investigations and proving them the outcome or resolution that we're able to come up with. I also had a few experience with sales and technical support. Aside from my almost 5 years experience in a BPO company, i also used to worked in a restaurant and bank as a money sorter. I can easily get into new things, well at first i might be asking how, but that's my way of learning. I graduated as a teacher and proud to say that i have also passed our board exam. Since i am a breadwinner of the family, so i looked after an easy money jobs that's why i ended up in a call centre industry. I don't have issues with reliability and i can work with less supervision.
