Summary

I am a graduate of Airline Management major in Airline Operation and Procedure. I had my On-The-Job Training at Diosdado Macapagal International Airport handled the smooth flow of the airport's process and operation. My first job was with Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative for Jetstar Airlines, a travel account. Handled customer's flight tickets, fare rules, airport and airline's policy, and add ancillaries to the flight and provide options for canceled flights. I also did take over a certain team which their Supervisor is not available or in a meeting. Then it followed with Convergys as a Technical Support Representative for Hewlett- Packard Printers with the connecting device is Apple products. Handled customer's concern regarding their printers, connecting the printer to an Apple device like Macbook, iPhone, Ipad, or iPod, assisting customer setting up a new printer, assisting the customer with the troubleshooting steps on the website and the like. From basic to critical troubleshooting of printers, you can rely on me. I've been an Appointment Setter for a mortgage protection where my responsibilities were calling possible leads who filled up a form, ask questions if they are qualified, set an appointment for a meet up for the customer and the representative, introduce the representative to the leads. I also did work with KeepTruckin as a Sales Development Representative, where my responsibilities are to call possible leads who might be interested with the products and set up a call with the Product Specialist. I am currently working as a Virtual Receptionist, where I am the front line of a specific hostel in Australia. My responsibilities are to create the guest details of the customers, greet them, answer phone calls, answer their inquiry, do back end support as well. I am an expert when it comes to Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slack, Adobe Photoshop, and Salesforce. I can do some internet research, data entry, or secretarial jobs. I'm willing to undergo training to increase my knowledge. I'm looking for a part time or full-time jobs.
