I have been in the customer service industry for six years and I have handled inbound and outbound calls for US financial and healthcare accounts. I also worked overseas for about a year, where I have acquired my background in sales with experience in telemarketing and face-to-face client interaction.
There are a lot of skills that I have acquired from my past and most recent organization, first, my multi-tasking skills were proven for doing the task of an email and chat support simultaneously. I also learned how to manage a large volume of calls without compromising my accuracy and the service that we provide. My attention to detail is also an edge because we are documenting concerns/cases the same manner with what the health care facilities are doing. My experience in Telemarketing enhanced my skills in persuasion and the ability to make a solid value proposition.
