Went to the University of Santo Tomas for a BS degree in ECE. I never took the license exam. But my severe interest in computers landed me onto my first job in the information technology industry in 1989. Since then my eagerness to learn and through self-education, research and perseverance, my career evolved around systems administration and applications (hardware and software). It peaked when I accepted an outsourced project-based job deploying me to a large multinational telecom company (Globe Telecom). For more than six years, I gained skills in several applications as well as platforms and its management. Unfortunately, my employment was co-terminus with the project and it ended 2016. Venturing to business, I partnered with a high school buddy selling spare parts for mining instrumentation. Early this year, I bought a small food cart franchise to support my growing financial needs. Since I have the willingness to learn new skills, and I'm just usually home, why not involve myself in some freelance online gig.
