I have great customer service skills that began from my BPO employment in the Philippines. Over the course of my 5-year experience working from home, my tasks revolve around customer service, data entry, customer management, tasks creation, content writing, and lead generation.
But I am most comfortable with customer-fronting tasks because I am a happy soul, I do love a good conversation and the feeling of having someone from a company go the extra mile. That's my goal.
I am familiar with programs and applications used in carrying out VA tasks. But at the same time, I am trainable, a fast learner and a goal getter.
I am a great fit for the role because aside from the experience and skills I'd be bringing to the table. One thing I do best is excellent customer interaction because I know that they are the reason why I my client needs me. I have the heart to contribute to every organization I am part of. My principle as a VA is to put myself in my client's shoes. I always ask myself these questions when doing my tasks: "What "wow" thing can I do today to help out?" "Have I contributed to the success and profit building of my client today?" This helps me to be on track and be more motivated.
