Had a working experience in a BPO industry as customer service representative under different accounts. I also had a background in retail business as a stock clerk doing sales and customer service. Most recent, I work as a freelance appointment setter/trainer.
I am also proficient in Microsoft Office mainly on MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. Other apps that I have knowledge about are WordPress, Canva, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Adobe Photoshop. I also had an interests in video editing and photography.
