I do have an experience working in a BPO company. In retail account to be specific, though it is seasonal I enjoyed working in that account. TLs are really approachable and colleagues are fun to work with. The task is to answer calls from customers who asking to help them place the order, answer to their inquiries about a product, tracking their package and do some service recoveries like refund, price match and report a problem to their package. Working in a call center taught me how to empathize not just apologising. I became much calmer and more patient than I thought and I learned how to do multitasking. It developed my active listening and analytical skills, finding the right solution to their concern while talking to them and while navigating the tools.
