SOCIAL MEDIA VIRTUAL ASSISTANT: Develop a social media strategy to increase the following of the company website, manage social media accounts, create social media graphics for daily postings, create presentations as assigned, manage contact list and many more.
RECEPTIONIST -Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary. -Communicate with guest in-person or via phone or email. -Ensure that each complaint has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. -Receives booking orders from clients, checks the records for availability and processes clients’ requests accordingly.
HOTEL ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING; Concierge and Front Office Department -Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents. -Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mails. -Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
HOTEL ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING; FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT -Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell. -Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change. -Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
