After I've resigned from my 13 yr old job, I focused working remotely for different clients for more than 8 years. Have initially worked as a VA doing various tasks mostly from administrative jobs to website and blog maintenance. I felt the need to learn more on the social media side of each client hat I served and aside from the fact that it's one of the best way to reach more customers. that's why I have spent the last three of those years as a Social Media Manager.
Basically, my social media experiences includes the management of social media sites such as Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Youtube. I make sure that all accounts are updated on a daily basis and that messaging is timely and relevant. Use of social media tools like Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, pingraphy, Later to schedule contents and tweets. I use bitly to shorten links and monitor clickthroughs of each article I share. I also use gimp, canva, hootsuite, adobe photoshop for photo edits.
My duty also includes constantly scouring the internet and the news headlines for articles, stories, tips, funny images, motivational/inspirational/ success quotes that are industry related and can be posted to the social media accounts. I ensure that the contents are aligned with the company's line of business.
Customer engagement through answering messages, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate, replying on comments, monitor for any positive or negative feedback. Like other pages that are related to the company's products and services. analytics report.
My administrative skill is excellent as i am a very organized and multi-tasked person. I'm also versatile in making reports in excel, word or power point presentation, transcribing (audio to document), ad posting, blog posting, email handling, data processing and other tasks as assigned. I have also worked as a customer service officer for 7 years, 2 years as an Order Fulfillment Officer and 2 yrs as a QA Analyst in a telecommunication company.
