I can clearly communicate, which I think is essential in this line of business. I have no attendance issues. With my combined experience in customer service and sales, I have developed attentiveness, empathy, persuasion skills and phone etiquette. I've also been exposed to different CRMs, dialing systems, scripts, and work flows. In the BPO setting, usually, training is done in an hour or two and we're expected to apply the chages right away. And I've never had issues adapting. So I am positive that if I get chosen, transition or training wouldn't be tedious for you, and with little supervision, we'll get rolling.
