I've been in the BPO industry for over 8 years. Took in phone calls in my first three years, became a trainer on my 4th and 5th and was a training lead on the last three years. I have handled different sorts of campaigns - from Sales, Customer Service to Technical Support. These helped me learn to listen to customer requests, acknowledge their concern and respond appropriately. I'm proficient in the use of MS Applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint. I have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Dealing and working with different types of people will not be a challenge, since I started from the bottom and experienced handling a team myself. I am determined, focused, keen to details and can work with minimal or no supervision. Working with a managed timeline won't be a challenge as I can work well under pressure. I may not have experiences working as a Virtual Assistant in the past, but my acquired skills and traits from my previous work experiences have made me enjoy challenges and look forward to any possibilities of learning. I am looking for professional opportunities and possible advancement.
