I have been in an executive assistant in a corporate job for about 8 years now for Subic Bay Marine Exploratorium, which owns a famous theme park and resort in the Philippines. For the past 8 years I've work with a number of executives both local and expatriates by handling confidential and complex secretarial and administrative duties in an office setting. I act as a liaison between the executives and other departments, managers of different units, outside agencies and the public. I maintain appointment calendars and daily calendar, screens visitors and phone calls, route calls, answers questions and handles general problems or complaints or request for information as appropriate. I also prepares minutes of meetings and reports as directed. Also includes making travel and meeting reservations and arrangements. I have excellent written and verbal communication, computer proficient (MS office, emails, social media) and very much trainable. I can also handle research work as part of my job. I also have excellent customer service skills having to work in a hospitality industry for 8 years. Part of my job is handling the facebook fan page of the resort and answering to guests email inquiries. I'm a very results oriented person and value the importance of submitting work on time.
