I have 10 years of customer service experience under my belt.
I've dealt with returns, claims, refunds, and replacements as well as order entry so much that I am more familiar with these than the back of my hand. I learn quickly, and can work under minimal supervision.
My most recent endeavor was as an RMA coordinator which honed my investigative, research and decision making skills. I also have familiarity with using Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook and very fluent with written and spoken English.
