Professionally, I have gained experience dealing with professionals from different cultures as a Media Relations Executive here in Dubai. In this post, I enhanced more my telephone handling and documentation skills as we sustain partnership with different medias and journalists across MENA region and worldwide.
Previously, I worked for 8 years in a manufacturing company in the Philippines as a Purchasing Assistant where I developed my skills in administrative job, building professional relationship with clients, suppliers and subordinates, managing schedule of managers and CEO, negotiation, procurement, vendor management, and tracking of deliveries/ shipments. I also do secretarial duties to Purchasing Officer as well to CEO in absence of the Executive Secretary.
From my 9 years of working experience, I understand the importance of being proactive and taking full responsibility to tasks assigned to me. In addition to being an expert at scheduling meetings and preparing agendas. I’ve also developed the ability to anticipate roadblocks and create effective alternative plans. My greatest value to any executive is my ability to work independently, freeing up their time to focus on the needs of the business.
