My experience as a Clinical pharmacist is not only limited to doing daily clinical chart rounds, we were also trained to actively engaged with other health professionals to schedule meetings and seminars, effectively safe keep all important documents and be detail-oriented.
My work experiences as a Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Helpdesk Advocate vastly improved my communication skills, inculcated in me the values to compassionately assist clients/patients and selflessly share whatever knowledge I have.
I know for a fact how to handle difficult customers and my clinical experience have molded me to work with grace under pressure. I have also gained the training on effective ways of medication counselling and how to achieve the utmost customer satisfaction. As a healthcare promoter, one is required to gracefully assist and attend every customer need and provide them the service they deserve to experience.
