Worked as a Customer Service Representative for two years. Handled over 50 customers a day solving different kinds of issues such as sales, product inquiry, troubleshooting, create tickets for refund and more. I was also trained to handle Tier 2 (supervisory) accounts dealing with international customers.
I have a year of experience in data entry and I have knowledge in MS office especially in making power point presentations, writing in MS Word and entering datas in MS Excel. I've done a lot of projects before using those.
I also know how to work with WordPress although I'm far from being an expert at it. I know many apps for photo and video editing such as LightRoom CC, Pixlr, PicMonkey, Wondershare Filmora and more.
I can say I'm expert with social media handling such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. My experience in Social Media Marketing such as Facebook marketing was not that long but I'm pretty sure I can handle that kind of job.
I was also a Cold Caller VA before and I'm particular with Mojo and Podio.
Lastly, I worked as an English as Second Language instructor for Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Turkish students where I teach them how to speak and write in English in a proper way.
I am a hardworking person. Self-directed and I try to figure things out by myself whenever possible. I'm trainable and easy to work with. I do a lot of reasearch to serve my clients even more. I am dedicated and serious. I always do my best. I do what I love and love what I do.
