I am very hardworking, competent and I have professionalism. I gained great knowledge and skill from my 5 year experience as customer service representative for Western Union . I am not just a common CSR because I gained recognition being a top agent and as a level III agent which is the highest level in our company as a CSR. I am not just internet and computer savvy, I can also be software have great photo editing skills and I can study tools on my own, whatever is required. I have good communication and interpersonal skills which are needed to perform these tasks as a CSR/ Virtual Assistant.
