I have been in the BPO industry for almost 4 years and I have been through retail, financial and airline internatinal accounts. I was also previously employed as a Virtual Assistant/ admin assistant for a real estate company offshore performing admin task. I am well trained with Microsoft excel, word, powerpoint and client database and I am more than willing to learn more.
