I have high Technical Support background, working in the BPO industry for 5 years and counting for 3 different clients. I have worked for Teleperformance which is based in US, Dell which is based in UK and Novartis which is based in US as well. I supported mainly incoming calls pertaining to technical issues with DSL, PC and laptop troubleshooting email support and more. And IT support for Novartis Pharmaceutical based in both the US and India, I have knowledge with various software applications as well as hardware support like, but not limited to: printers, internet connections, laptop issues, desktop issues, networks and email supports. Since I am mainly in support with inbound calls with users and customers I have excellent customer support and knows how to handle various users and provide support to them based on how they want to be supported. I'm a continuous and keen learner and I am used in working independently with minimal supervision with the specific task that has been handled to me.
