I started working as a Customer Service Representatice/ Technical Support since year 2012. My first experience was with Convergys I was handling inbound calls from US based costumers. We are responsible for handling customer support and answering their queries regarding the HR software that the company markets. We also provide technical support if they will encounter problem with the software, specifically the payroll sytem.
I've worked with Telstra an Australian based telecommunication company for almost 3 years as a Customer service and Technical support representative. We are responsible for handling customer support specially if they have some disputes and complaints about their bill since I am with the Postpaid Mobile support. We also do basic troubleshooting if they have any issue with the network before we transfer to Level 2 Technical support.
Based on my experience, I will assure you that i have a very strong customer service experience. I am also very keen with my work. I always finish my job before the deadline. I am very hardworking. I am also quite familiar with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
