I have been working in a call center industry, both customer service and technical support for a while now. I worked for several companies, and with that, i was able to encounter different kind of people and customers and learned how to deal with them. Working with companies, help me to learn fast and keep up with any changes with the process, especially product knowledge. I was trained to do multi tasking. I can work on a certain issue over the phone while working on a different one via email or chat.
