I have been in the BPO industry for almost 15 years now and had a brief experience working in the Positions held includes Reports Analyst, Trainer, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Head of the Training and Quality Assurance Department and Operations Senior Team Leader. Campaigns/accounts handled were customer service, sales, appointment setting, technical support and healthcare. Majority of the clients I've interacted with were from the and some were from Australia and China. Tasks handled for both the and BPO positions were dealing with clients via video conferencing and/or meeting them in person and majority would be via email. Major functions of the positions I've held were reporting, analysis, research, forecasting, staffing and process improvement. I'm fortunate enough to have experienced/used different systems known to the industry such as Salesforce, five9, i3 and other CRM provided by the clients. One of my strengths would be using the MS applications specifically Excel (with VBA) Powerpoint and Word.
