I have been in the BPO or Business Process Outsourcing industry since 2007. I started with a Telecommunications Account for US and UK. For prepaid as a customer service representative answering inbound calls related to their mobile, concerning top ups and some basic troubleshooting (rebooting their mobile phones, Technical concerns). I have handled Postpaid as well, answering queries regarding their bills and disputes. During those times I was able to get the opportunity to attend some Developmental Training such as Emotional Quotient, Leadership Training, Proper Coaching, Root Cause Analysis and while taking those training I was able to manage teams as a coach for transitions from training to operations. Then I shift to Motor Insurance Australian based as Claims Specialist. We do end to end process from claims up to quality after repair. Thereafter I was appointed as a Lead Associate, and continue handling a team. As a Lead of 17 FTE's, I am also active in some activities to balance work and life. I was an Event Coordinator for our Line of Business. Initiate inventory for our Headsets. I work with passion, determination and with integrity. I can work without supervision provided all the necessary equipment and training. I love what I do and I enjoy it. I purely provide excellent customer service which involves meeting and surpassing expectations. Showing the customer how important he or she is to you and the business by interacting with he or she in a friendly- helpful and positive way.
