I am an experienced Data Entry Specialist for 3 years. My job is all about the connection between paper information and computer data. My main duty is to take information from different locations that is written down, such as cancelled checks, bills, reports, or other information, and enter it into an electronic data system for storage and analysis. I am also capable of reading information to make it sure it is accurate and correct. I also used to work as Virtual Assistant for 3 years,and were able to respond emails and calls to our dear clients. Also,working in one of the BPO Companies in the Philippines for 4 years,taught me on how to properly handle clients in a proper way. The most challenging part of being a Customer Service Representative is when you meet irate clients. But I consider myself as well-trained and well-experienced when it comes to that. Still, work with respect and love what your doing. Everything will come smoothly.
