As a purchasing assistant, I would look for suppliers that can best fit the establishment's requirements and compare it with the price lists of different providers and help conclude in which can provide us quality ingredients at the most reasonable pricing. For the wine distribution, I do the correspondences to the existing clients, forwarding their orders, and assist in finding other sources commodities whenever we need to outsource the item.
I am also helping out in the documentation process of our mother company which is freight forwarding reorganizing job files to comply in incoming audit, rearranging the documents per job number, etc.
I also have BPO experience as well, thus my communication skills and command of English, both spoken and written are very good.
