I started working when I was 18 years old. My first job was a call center agent and I've been one for almost 10 years. I can say that since I talked to different people with different nationalities, I know how to handle different types of people. I easily learn, but still willing to learn new things that would help me with my job. And just to brag, for most companies that I worked for, I always get praised for a job well done.
