Worked in the hotel industry as a banquet service staff, telephone operator, reservations associate and events sales coordinator from 2003 to 2016. Now working as operations supervisor back in the F&B Department since 2016, I supervise operations for all outlets and events.
Admin skills include check requests for suppliers, contracts for events, monthly revenue forecast for events sales. Telephone skills also part of my strengths, part-time trainer on standard operation procedures for outlets as well.
I work hard and dedicate my best output on every task that is given me. Customer service and engagement is one of my passions as service staff.
