I've been in BPO industry for almost four years now. I've started as a technical support representative and moved to a market research interviewer. The last job that I have is being a customer service support. Within my experience, I've gained important skills which are important for becoming a VA. First is being a multitasker. It is very important since we need to do the technicalities,communication and typing skills at the same time. Second is being reliable. It is very important for us to do the work with excellence and for the client to be happy.
